Gary started with photography in high school, way back in the last century. He fell in love with the medium and, continuing in the arts at Northern Arizona University, graduated with a BFA degree in Fine Art - Printmaking (and photography).

The realities of raising a family delayed a permanent presence in the arts but, with the children successfully raised and on their own, Gary reestablished his presence in 2004 with "Gary Phoenix Photography". His primary passion is Fine Art photography, however all venues are open. He also specializes in commercial real estate, portraiture, families, travel, landscapes, cityscapes and... pretty much everything.

Gary is represented locally by Method Art Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona.
